TEACHER TRAINING
Our teacher trainings pair rigorous online coursework with hands-on, in-studio practice. With mat, reformer, and mixed equipment courses, each designed to build both technical mastery and the confidence to teach.
MAT
Build your foundation in the classical Pilates method: principles, breath, alignment, and core repertoire, developing the movement literacy every great teacher needs before stepping into instruction.
REFORMER
Learn the mechanics of spring-based apparatus work, including setup, spotting, modifications, and progressive sequencing, translating your personal practice into confident, hands-on teaching.
MIXED EQUIPMENT
Expand into the Tower, Chair, Ladder Barrel, and integrated apparatus programming, mastering advanced sequencing and full studio teaching competency across the complete Pilates apparatus system.
Two Paths, One Purpose.
SWT Method offers comprehensive, hybrid teacher training programs, each designed to take dedicated practitioners from committed student to certified professional.
